Can't Create
I try to create something in Text to video..says I have to have a subscription, and I do.

From your home Page... I click on...AI Videos, then Z-Video... Then the Model...MiniMax H3. I load an image, type out my prompt... The attached files is what I get.... File 1 is what I get on the bottom right-hand side. File 2...is what I get after clicking Generate. File 3... This is my subscription. I am able to generate only by clicking on "Classic Model". But isn't the Classic Model Free? I thought Z-Image AI was "No Limit" AI. It looks like I'm paying for something that is free. Please explain to me what is going on wth your product..

Your plan includes access to MiniMax H3 and text-to-video—you do not need to purchase another subscription. We found misleading membership messages in the video interface and have prepared corrections. Your four recent MiniMax attempts passed our membership checks but failed before a video task was created. No credits were deducted for those attempts. The exact cause of the MiniMax failure still needs further investigation. To clarify the pricing: Premium includes 2,000 credits per month. Video generation uses credits, including the Classic model. Your successful Classic video used 240 credits. The subscription does not provide unlimited video generation, and our wording should have made that clearer.
